Wereldwijd plantaardig dieet geeft dubbele klimaatwinst

Vegan in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector is hardly known, but the potential is enormous

TOFF is a Dutch company that has expanded its activities with a new concept: Green Vegan. "Under that name, we offer fully vegan, organic fresh fruit and vegetable products," says Jeffrey Moret. Green Vegan is an official distributor for certified Biocyclic Vegan products. They serve the Netherlands, Belgium, UK, Scandinavia, and Germany.
So, are all organic fruit and vegetables not vegan? "No, not at all. Biocyclic Vegan farming is purely plant-based and organic. This form of cultivation doesn't use production animals or animal fertilizers. It also stresses the promotion of biodiversity and healthy soil life. As well as humus accumulation and maximum closure of organic cycles."
